New residents: Please attend our sessions to access support. Tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.

Food Bank Vouchers

If you're struggling to afford food, you are not alone. We can provide e-voucher through our partnerships with Ealing Food Bank or refer you to Sufra NW London Food Bank .

How to Access:
Simply speak to a member of our team during any of our services, and we’ll guide you through the process.

 

Universal Credit Training

We offer a free session to help you understand Universal Credit and feel more confident managing your finances.

In this session, you will learn how to:

  • Understand how Universal Credit works
  • Know your responsibilities and what is expected of you
  • Avoid sanctions and protect your income
  • Make informed decisions and prevent financial difficulties
